National Gymnastics Week February 11-17 aims to get the
country moving with activities and events for people of all ages and abilities
in communities from coast to coast.
From bouncing five year olds starting out in their first recreational programs to elite athletes aiming to compete one day at the Olympics, National Gymnastics Week has something for everyone.
“As a kid I loved going to the gym with my brothers,” says 2012 Olympic women’s trampoline champion Rosie MacLennan. “Gymnastics really can be tailored to people of all ages and abilities and not just competitive athletes.”
