Having taken the helm of Gymnastics Australia almost a month ago, CEO Mark Rendell provides an insight into his experiences to date and his plans for 2013 and beyond.
"I firmly believe that sport needs to be seen as customer service organisations first and foremost. Therefore in my first month at Gymnastics Australia I have been seeking to understand the key projects and programs currently being implemented and identifying critical unmet customer needs.
As you would be aware, Gymnastics Australia’s current strategic period is at an end, and the new four year strategic plan is set to be launched in the New Year. This plan will provide an exciting new direction for Gymnastics Australia and I look forward to working with all key stakeholders in the implementation of the plan.",
