Anna Dogonadze to miss the beginning of the season due to injury




Olympic Champion Anna Dogonadze (GER) will miss the beginning of the season due to a spinal disc herniation, also commonly called slipped disc.
It was reported that 2004 Olympic Champion and 2001 World Champion Anna Dogonadze (GER), 34, will miss part of the 2007 season due to injury.
The native of Georgia is suffering from a spinal disc herniation, which is also commonly called a slipped disc. The doctors diagnosed that the injury was due to a slipped intervertebral disc located in the upper back that caused pain in the lower back.
