The trampoline, tumbling and double mini trampoline British Championships
involve non-stop action with high-flying somersaults and twists in the
spectacular individual and synchronized trampoline events and is mixed with
mind-blowing fast paced tumbling and the dynamic double-mini trampoline (DMT),
giving the crowd a real feast of gymnastics to cheer on.There are regional galas held throughout the year culminating in the British Finals in July.
