In January 2013 the Australian Olympic Committee will stage the sixth edition of the Australian Youth Olympic Festival (AYOF) in Sydney.
In 2013 there are 17 sports on the program, including golf and rugby 7’s – two new events on the program for Rio. We are expecting approximately 2,280 athletes from 24 nations, featuring some of the best athletes from around the world competing in many of the venues which hosted sports at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
If you are keen, enthusiastic and want to promote the ideals of Olympism through your active support of future Olympic Athletes, then Volunteering for the AYOF is a great way to get behind these young athletes.
