On January 18th and 19th, the European Union of Gymnastics will held its first Executive Committee meeting of the year in Lausanne. The EC meeting will be preceded by a meeting of the President’s Board on Thursday, January 17th.
The main decisions taken and topics discussed by the Executive Committee (EC) during these two days will be among others:
- Approval of the budget 2013
- The finances and the end of year results 2012 will be reviewed and the Financial Regulation approved
- Update on the work of the Agency SINERGI concerning their efforts to find potential sponsors
- Update on the organization and preparation of the next UEG championships (MAG - WAG - RG - ACRO and AER)
- Preparation of the UEG Congress 2013
- Presentation of the TC Presidents’ reports
- Finally, it will be decided if Gymnastics via the UEG will participate in the Europeans Games or not?
The next meetings are scheduled at the beginning of June 2013.
